- 4 cups watermelon, cut into cubes and frozen solid
- ½ cup silver tequila
- ¼ cup triple sec or orange liqueur
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1–2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey, to taste
- Tajín or salt, for rimming glasses
- Lime wedges and mini watermelon slices, for garnish

- 3 cups seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1½ cups block feta cheese, cut into ¾-inch cubes
- 20–24 small fresh basil leaves
- 20–24 fresh mint leaves
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling (optional)
- 4- to 6-inch cocktail skewers or wooden picks

- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
