When it comes to giving children a solid foundation in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), it's never too soon to start. Statistics have shown that the presence of STEM activities in the preschool classroom encourages exploration, discovery, and problem-solving. In this 3-week training, participants will deepen their knowledge of the importance of STEM, discover successful STEM-centered teaching practices, and learn how to boost students' STEM skills with concrete examples and activities created for the preschool setting. Upon completion of this course, participants will receive a certificate for 15 training hours.

Research indicates that the development of mathematics skills in preschool is a predictor of school success in kindergarten and beyond. Throughout this fun, free, 3-week, facilitated training, participants will learn tips, activities, and best practices for preparing preschoolers for academic success by incorporating intentional math interactions and exercises into everyday lessons and activities. Upon completion of this course, participants will receive a certificate for 15 DHR training hours.
