Dr. Briana L. Morton is an Alabama-certified teacher and veteran educator. With 15 years of classroom and school administration experience coupled with her tenure as an executive director for an educational nonprofit, Morton understands the needs of students, educators, and parents across the state. Dr. Morton is a proud mother of 3 children ranging from elementary to high school. Currently serving as the Vice President for Education at Alabama Public Television, Morton has the unique experience to collaborate with educators, education advocates, policy makers, and state leaders to develop educational opportunities and programs for Alabama’s students and teachers.
