On Friday, October 3, 2025, Alabama Public Television and the American Village in Montevallo cordially invite you to a special preview screening of excerpts from the highly anticipated documentary, THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION. Join us at the West Wing Theatre for hourly screenings from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. In addition to this cinematic preview, guests will be treated to exclusive tours of the magnificent new wing of Independence Hall. As a cornerstone for Revolutionary War education and a leader in the statewide celebration of America's 250th birthday, or semiquincentennial, there is no more fitting place to experience this pivotal moment in history. Hosted on the beautiful and immersive 188-acre campus of the American Village, the evening is designed to inspire and educate. Tickets for this experience are $150 per person. All Aboard for a Day of Free Family Fun | 45 Years of Hartselle’s Depot Days Festival

The Depot Days Festival rolls into Hartselle on September 20, bringing a day of family-friendly fun and entertainment to the historic depot and downtown area. Hosted by the Hartselle Area Chamber of Commerce and presented by Decatur Morgan Hospital, the free event is the city’s largest event and is a tribute to the railroad industry and its contribution to Hartselle and the North Alabama region.
