We follow a patient's paperwork throughout a hospital and see the importance of a particular form and the work of clerks in keeping it complete and accurate. A cable company employee tells how he learned the importance of keeping up with paperwork. Workers talk about using forms to organize their day and keep track of money and activities. Other workers talk about organizational strategies.
