Communicating with Co-Workers and Supervisors

Employees at a factory, a clinic, a drugstore, and a hotel discuss dealing with conflict. A human resources person describes an interviewing process and a test for communication skills. Hotel supervisors and employees discuss problem-solving techniques. Supervisor-worker teams at other sites describe the communication chain — how information flows from the supervisors to the workers and back again — and their working relationships.
