Every teacher knows that kids can be picky eaters. Is it just the child being picky, or does the child have a food allergy or food intolerance? This training will identify what to look for and how to treat common food and environmental allergies. With the help of PBS KIDS resources, this training will provide participants with materials and hands-on activities to encourage children and teachers to recognize allergic reactions and know how to deal with them.
