Healthy habits are the foundation of a healthy life. Health and wellness patterns developed in early childhood determine lifelong habits. Child care providers play an important role in guiding children through the process of understanding and developing healthy habits and routines, leading to a decrease in mental and physical health problems well into adulthood. Join us for this three-week facilitated training to learn practical solutions and relevant methods for integrating healthy lifestyle concepts into the child care setting.
