The State Attorney General, Superintendent of Education, State Health Officer and others join Don Dailey to discuss COVID rates, policy and the new school year.

Attorney General Steve Marshall joins us to offer clarification and guidance on Alabama’s new law that bans vaccine passports. Superintendent of Education Dr. Eric Mackey will be with us to talk about masking and safety protocols in the new school year. State Health Officer Dr. Scott Harris and Dr. Don Williamson with the Alabama Hospital Association will join us to discuss a continued rise in COVID numbers and hospitalization rates. Rep. Kelvin Lawrence of Hayneville will talk with us about Lowndes County being the only state county with a partial vaccination rate of over 50-percent.

Also on the program, Bureau of Pardons and Parole Director Cam Ward will be with us to discuss his being named a formal member of the governor’s cabinet.
