🔻 Vendor Opportunities & Pricing
We offer various booth options to suit your needs:
- Standard 10’x10′ Booth Space:Â $150
- Designated 10’x10′ outdoor space
- Access to power (limited, please specify needs)
- Event marketing inclusion
- Double 10’x20′ Booth Space:Â $250
- Designated 10’x20′ outdoor space
- Access to power (limited, please specify needs)
- Event marketing inclusion.
- Food Vendor Space (Requires Health Permit):Â
- Food vendors are limited to snacks, desserts, and treats. No meal trucks.
Please Note:
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, and display materials.
- Power access is limited and must be requested in advance. Please detail your power requirements in the registration form.
- Food vendors must comply with all Cleveland, AL/Blount County Health Department regulations and provide a valid health permit by October 1, 2025.
🔻 Vendor Guidelines & Requirements
To ensure a smooth and successful event for everyone, please adhere to the following:
- Sales Tax: Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable sales taxes.
- Load-In/Load-Out:Â Specific instructions for vehicle access, load-in, and load-out will be emailed one week prior to the event.
- Waste Management:Â Vendors are responsible for managing their own waste and leaving their space clean at breakdown.
- Prohibited Items:Â Alcohol sales by unauthorized vendors, Illicit merchandise, Loud amplified music without prior approval, Meal trucks.
- Cancellation Policy:Â No refunds.

To register as a vendor, please complete the form below. Have the following information ready:

- Preferred Booth Size
- Power Requirements (if any)
- Food Vendor Permit Number (if applicable)
- A brief description of your setup (e.g., “10×10 tent with two tables”)

- Food Vendor (Selling prepared food/drinks)
- Merchandise Vendor (Selling non-food items, e.g., BBQ accessories, apparel, crafts)
- Information/Promotional Booth (Non-selling, for awareness or services)

🔻 Payment
Payment is due upon submission of your registration form. Your vendor spot will not be confirmed until payment is received. We accept:

NOTICE: The email reservation acknowledgement you receive will reference the pledge for your vendor space as a donation to APT. This means your pledge for vendor space counts as a charitable contribution for your records.
