Sherrita Drake is the Mental Health Coordinator at Alabaster City Schools. She is a master’s-level social worker and has spent over 15 years working with children in Jefferson, Shelby, and Chilton counties. Before coming to Alabaster City Schools, she worked as a therapist and Clinical Coordinator at a residential agency for teens. Prior to that, she worked for the state mental health center in multiple roles, including: case manager, juvenile court liaison, in-home child therapist, and child day treatment therapist. She currently lives in Shelby County with her family and multiple pets.
