(APRIL 18, 2014) We're joined by Shaun McCutcheon, the Jefferson County businessman who took his case against limits on individual campaign contributions all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court and won. Representative John Rogers of Birmingham is also with us to talk about the death of the bill that would have reorganized the Birmingham Water Works board. Rogers also talks about his service on the education budget committee and his 'no' vote on the budget that finally passed. And we'll discuss all of the week's top state government news in our Week in Review segment.
