Alabama Public Television (APT) is seeking a professional Administrative Assistant for its Executive office reporting to the Executive Director, CFO & COO.
Applicants must have considerable related experience in Executive Assistant work. Background in the legal area a plus. Knowledge of FCC rules and regulations helpful. Main duties include scheduling travel and meetings, maintaining calendars of executives, completing expense reports for executives and other employees as needed, working with board members, and handling all logistics of board meetings, handling FCC online report filings according to deadlines, performing liaison duties and the filing of required annual and quarterly reports with other state agencies, and maintaining filing systems for the executive office to include confidential information.
