Beyond the Crayon: Fostering Children’s Creativity

In this two-hour workshop, participants will explore a variety of artistic activities that can be used to foster creativity in children.  We will learn about and discuss different artists and explore ways to incorporate sculpture, photography, and other forms of art into everyday learning.  Using PBS KIDS programs, hands-on activities, and books, participants will be provided with resources to help children explore their creative abilities and ideas.
