A NEW FACE & A FAN FAVORITE

SISTER BONIFACE MYSTERIES is a light-hearted murder mystery series starring a Vespa driving, crime solving Catholic nun. It's the 1960s and police forensics are rudimentary. Luckily the residents of Great Slaughter have a secret weapon: Sister Boniface. If there's evidence to be found, Boniface will find it, with a little help from dashing DI Sam Gillespie and buttoned-up Bermudan DS Felix Livingstone. The spin-off series, created by Father Brown writer Jude Tindall, set in 1960’s rural England, follows the adventures of moped-riding Sister Boniface of St. Vincent’s Convent, played by Lorna Watson, who appeared in Father BrownSISTER BONIFACE premieres Saturday night at 9:30pm, and repeats Monday afternoons at 4:00pm.

In Season 9 of DOC MARTIN, premiering Sunday night at 6:00pm, Martin Clunes is back as the titular Doc Martin aka Dr. Martin Ellingham and all regular members of the cast will be reprising their roles. Martin's career hangs in the balance as he faces scrutiny from the General Medical Council following complaints about his approach to patients. In the season premiere, Martin's medical career remains under scrutiny as a GMC representative has come to assess him and his surgery. Meanwhile, Al accidentally proposes to Morwenna, and Mrs. Tishell has a new lease on life. DOC MARTIN will be rebroadcast Monday afternoons at 3:00pm.
