Go Birding with Discovering Alabama

As the Alabama Gulf Coast Bird Festival gets underway in Mobile and Baldwin counties this weekend, the weather is wonderful for getting out and looking for birds all across Alabama. Join Doug Phillips to explore some of the 280 sites on the Alabama Birding Trails network that stretches from the mountains to the gulf. More than 430 different species of birds have been spotted in Alabama, ranging from House Finches and Pine Warblers to Bald Eagles and Great Blue Herons.
