
Alabama Public Television added two new statues to our impressive collection at Saturday night's Southeast Region Emmy Awards, along with ten received at the 2021 National Telly Awards presented at the end of May.
SOUTHEAST REGION EMMY AWARDS
The 2021 Southeast Region Emmy Awards were announced on Saturday, June 19 and Alabama Public Television received two awards, including the trophy for Overall Excellence, recognizing the vital services APT provided to families, schools, businesses and individuals across Alabama during a year of pandemic.

NATIONAL TELLY AWARDS
The Telly Awards annually showcases the best work created within television and across video, for all screens. Receiving over 12,000 entries from all 50 states and 5 continents, Telly Award winners represent work from some of the most respected advertising agencies, television stations, production companies and publishers from around the world. Gold, silver and bronze Telly Awards are presented in a variety of categories, and Alabama Public Television recently received ten trophies in the 2021 ceremony.
