During the Vietnam War, 1,210 Alabama residents lost their lives. Each of their names appear on the Wall of Faces. Of those who died, some do not have a photo. Dr. Blake Busbin and his students at Auburn High School are working to locate a photo for each Alabama serviceman who gave the ultimate sacrifice in Vietnam. When they started the project, there were 674 Alabama servicemen killed in Vietnam with photos missing and when APT put this list online the count was 356.  Now, the list consists of 7 names still needing photos.

You can help with this effort by searching the list (sorted by hometown) of Alabama Vietnam Veterans killed in the War without a photo and then locating a photo of a person to add to the Wall of Faces. Let’s work to put a face with every name of the Wall.

You may submit the photo or Contact W. Blake Busbin at wbbusbin@auburnschools.org to submit a photo or photos of any of the veterans listed below.

Look over this list and help us put a face to every Alabama name on THE Wall.
