Odessa Woolfolk

Video Overview
Odessa Woolfolk is known for her work as an educator, public administrator and civic activist. She held many positions during her distinguished career and was on the team that conceptualized and created the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute. She retired as the director of the Center for Urban Affairs at UAB in 1993. Odessa Woolfolk was one of the honorees featured in the 2012 AT&T Alabama African American History Calendar. >
