It's time to write essays for the "Islander of the Year" contest. Emily nominates Dr. Dihn. Charley nominates Sherriff Lewis. Jetta nominates herself...who else! Vaz nominates Fire Chief Campbell. Of course it's not hard to figure out who will end up winning...Clifford of course!
