Title: Early Childhood Online Training Specialist

Description: Alabama Public Television (APT) is seeking a full-time Early Childhood Online Training Specialist to work in APTís Education Division. The person in this position will work as part of a team to develop and facilitate online training classes for early childhood providers. The position involves occasional in-state travel, some evening and weekend work and lifting of training materials.
Schedule: Full Time
Requirements: Bachelorís degree in early childhood or elementary education, child development, or related field. Strong oral and written communication skills, strong computer and technology skills and experience developing educational materials. A valid Alabama driverís license.

Preferred: Three yearsí experience working in a preschool, kindergarten or in the primary grades. Experience creating and facilitating training in an online environment, certification as a CDA Professional Development Specialist, and training in the Alabama Early Learning Guidelines.
