Title: Creative Services Producer

Description: Alabama Public Television (APT) is seeking to fill a full-time Creative Services Producer position within the Programming and Public Information department at our Birmingham office location. This position is responsible for writing, producing, shooting and editing video spots for programs and special events, fundraising messages, underwriting spots, pledge breaks, and other video productions as needed.
Schedule: Full Time
Requirements: Advanced Education in the field of Broadcast Journalism/Television Production or equivalent broadcasting/production work experience, accurate and comprehensive writing skills, video shooting and editing skills as demonstrated by work samples or demo reel, ability to lift and transport standard camera/production equipment, and availability to travel overnight to off-site locations.

Preferred: Ability to work as on-air talent and do voiceover work as needed.
