At ground zero for the final solution, scientists have uncovered a forgotten tunnel dug almost 70 years ago by Jewish prisoners in a Nazi death camp in Lithuania. Using spoons and their bare hands, 80 prisoners managed to dig the 100-foot tunnel over 76 days, and on the last night of Passover in 1944, they attempted to make their escape. Most of the escapees were shot and killed, but 11 lived and survived the war. This is their story of bravery and hope.
